Use Checklists to make sure every important onboarding step is completed.

Create a Checklist

  1. Go to Onboarding โ†’ Checklists.

  2. Click Create Checklist.

  3. Enter a name for your checklist.

Add Tasks

Add all steps your team must complete during onboarding โ€” for example:

  • Reflink created

  • Verification completed

  • Accounts connected

  • First tasks assigned

Track Progress

Each checklist shows:

  • Progress

  • Status

  • Created date

  • Actions (edit, delete)
