Use Contracts to send secure e-signature agreements directly from Outseeker. Create, send, track, and manage contracts—all in one place—without needing external signing tools.

Create a Contract

  1. Navigate to Onboarding → Contracts in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Create Contract.

  3. Select the Creator and the desired Contract Template.

Send for Signature

  1. Enter the creator’s email address.

  2. Outseeker instantly generates and sends a professional signature request.

  3. The creator receives an email from the trusted domain CreatorForms.com (not branded as Outseeker) and can sign directly—no account or login required.

How the Creator Signs

  1. The creator opens the email and clicks Review Document.

  2. They review the contract and click anywhere on the document to start signing.

  3. At the bottom right, they click the blue Sign Contract button and follow the prompts to apply their signature.

  4. Both parties must sign: You (the agency) and the creator. Once both signatures are complete, both parties receive the fully executed document via email.

Track Signature Status

In the Contracts dashboard, monitor progress in real time:

Troubleshooting: Email Not Received?

  • Allow a few minutes for delivery.

  • If still missing, go to the contract row in the dashboard, click Actions → Resend.
